Kindergarten Teacher
The Dublin Steiner School is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Kindergarten lead Teacher for our afternoon session 1pm - 5pm. This is a small group of a maximum of eight children.
About us
The Dublin Steiner School is a vibrant and growing urban Waldorf school with a committed community in the heart of Dublin, Ireland. Originally opening our doors in 2009 as a parent-toddler group we have since grown into a kindergarten and primary school, with two Kindergarten Classes (3-5 year olds), a Bridge Class (5-7 year olds) and Classes 1 to 5. Dublin Steiner School is a community-run, non-profit organisation and registered charity. It is governed by a small and dedicated Board of Directors, currently made up of parents.
Role Requirements
Ideally, candidates will have completed Steiner Kindergarten training and hold an Early Childhood qualification Level 6 but teachers with equivalent experience at a Steiner School will also be considered. Applicants must be fluent in English. Applicants must have the appropriate work visa in place to apply.
Start Date
26 August 2020, pending school reopening due to Covid-19. Hiring will be made in the good faith that any successful applicants from abroad will be able to travel to take up the post.

Office Administrator
(Permanent, Part-Time, 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day)
Brigit’s Hearth is seeking an Office Administrator. This position requires a personable, welcoming and thoughtful disposition, while representing Brigit’s Hearth in a professional manner to officials from various organisations, including Tusla, Pobal, Department of Education and Department of Children. It is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multitask and work flexibly. A high level of IT skills is essential. Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge in Steiner Waldorf philosophy/education.
