OUR MISSION:

We support best practice, and ongoing development through training: 

• Mentoring on site with observation, reflection and feedback to promote a creative and holistic approach
• CPD Days and workshops open to both practitioners and the general public
• Coaching – direct dialogue offering short and long-term problem solving and self-development

We create, develop and maintain an empowering context within the community through communication:

• Our National Co-ordinator is available for enquiries, information and support in our main office
• We host conferences, workshops and community gatherings for practitioners and parents
• Through our website and social media we maintain connection with the general public and members on both national and international events of interest.

We advocate for support and recognition for those committed to the early childhood sector

• Our National Development Officer represents us at National Forums and meetings with Ministers informing decision making. 
• We have a member on the IASWECE council representing Ireland on the global stage. 
• We encourage the expansion of the sector nationwide through experience, support and communication
